This session is for parents, educators, professionals and others who want to learn how to overcome adversity and learn about resilience. Positive interventions will enable participants to alleviate chronic stress, trauma, anxiety and other stressors affecting their children. Long-term positive outcomes will give children the necessary tools of decision-making, cooperation, empathy and self-efficacy to name a few.
